VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that as at close of business on 29
February 2008, its unaudited net asset value per share was US$ 1.913.  This
represents a decrease in Net Asset Value over the month of January of 13.6%.
Over the same period the VNI Index fell by 21.3%.

As at the end of February the Company had invested 80% of its net assets in
Vietnamese equities which was split 39% in unlisted stocks and 61% in listed
stocks.
