VietNam Holding Limited ('the Company')

VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that as at close of business on 30 May 2008, its unaudited net asset value per share was US$ 1.287. This represents a decrease in Net Asset Value over the month of May of 17.9%. Over the same period the VNI Index fell by 20.7%.

As at the end of May the Company had invested 80% of its net assets in Vietnamese equities which was split 36% in unlisted stocks and 64% in listed stocks.
