Net Asset Value

VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that as at close of business on 31 May 2009, its unaudited net asset value per share was US$1.073.

The Net Asset Value of VNH increased by 18% in May. This resulted from a 25% increase in the listed portfolio and a smaller increase in our unlisted securities of 6.7%. In the same period, the VNIndex was up 28% largely due to the performance of small-cap stocks rather than the blue-chips. We are pleased with the gains made in the market and in the portfolio, which we continue to refine.
