Notice to Warrantholders - Final Exercise Date

On 25 October 2012, the Company published a circular to shareholders and warrantholders recommending that the current exercise period for the warrants, which is due to end on 13 December 2012, be extended through the provision of an additional two exercise dates, on 25 April 2013 and 25 September 2013 (the "EGM Proposal").

At the date of this announcement, it is not known whether shareholders and warrantholders will approve the EGM Proposal. Unless approval is given, there will be only one Exercise Date for the Warrants which will be 13 December 2012.

As per the terms and conditions attaching to the Warrants, the Company shall give notice (the "Notice"), in writing and not later than 28 days before the final exercise date, to the holders of the warrants reminding them of their subscription rights.

The Company has therefore today sent to warrantholders a notice regarding the final subscription date. A copy of the notice will shortly be available for download from the Company's website www.vietnamholding.com

The Notice is solely intended as a reminder of Warrantholders' right to subscribe for Shares and is not intended to convey in any way a recommendation by the Directors as to whether or not you should exercise that right.
