Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares

Vietnam Holding Limited announces that on 24 November 2010 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. 50,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares) at an average price of US$ 0.985 per share.

Following the above purchase and subsequent cancellation of Ordinary Shares, VNH has 56,200,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue.
