Result of AGM

VietNam Holding Limited (AIM: VNH) announces that all resolutions put to its shareholders today at the 2013 Annual General Meeting were passed. The resolutions included the approval of the annual accounts, re-election of the Board of Directors, appointment of the Company's auditors, approval of the amendments to the Investment Manager's fee structure, renewal of the share buy-back program as well as the continuation resolution. Following shareholder support for the continuation resolution, the Company will continue as presently constituted. A further continuation resolution will be presented to shareholders at the 2016 AGM.
