Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 23rd December 2011, it purchased for cancellation, 30,000 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a average price of US$0.75 per share.

Following the above purchase and subsequent cancellation of Ordinary Shares, VNH has 54,701,000 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue.
