Repurchase and Cancellation of Shares

VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 30th December 2011, it purchased for cancellation, 118,888 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$0.745 per share.

Following the above purchase and subsequent cancellation of Ordinary Shares, VNH has 54,582,112 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights, in issue.
