Cancellation of shares from trading on AIM - Update

VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that, further to the updated announcement dated 13 November 2015 concerning the cancellation of its shares from trading on AIM and the admission of its shares to the Premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (the "Main Market") , which was expected to take place in January 2016,  the Company continues to progress the necessary regulatory process in Guernsey.  This process has taken longer to complete than originally anticipated and, as a result, the Company now expects that the migration to Guernsey and the move to the Main Market will be completed before the end of March 2016. A further announcement in connection with this matter will be made in due course.
