VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the 'Company') today announces that on 14 November 2011, Andy Ho, the Managing Director of the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ('ordinary shares') at an average price of $1.38 per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Ho is interested in 110,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
