VOF today announces that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting at
15.00hrs on 14 March 2005 at the offices of Vinacapital Investment Management
Ltd, 17/F, Sun-Wah Tower, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The meeting is being convened to consider the Company's proposal to increase the
authorised share capital. Copies of the notice have been sent to the
shareholders.

Copies of the notice will also be available, free of charge from the offices of
Grant Thornton Corporate Finance, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston
Square, London NW1 2EP or, the offices of Vinacapital Investment Management Ltd,
17/F, Sun-Wah Tower, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam , for a period of 30 days from
the date of this announcement.
