Results of the Annual General Meeting

Ho Chi Minh City - VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited ("the Company" or "VOF"), the AIM-quoted investment vehicle investing in Vietnam, announces today that shareholders have supported the unanimous recommendations by members of the Board regarding all ten resolutions which were put to a vote at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday 28 November 2013 in Zurich, Switzerland.
