Vinanz to Double Bitcoin Miners in Nebraska

London, New York, July 31, 2024, Vinanz Limited (US OTCQB: VINZF and AQSE: BTC in London) ("Vinanz" or "the Company"), the publicly listed Bitcoin mining company with US and Canadian Bitcoin mining operations, announces that following on from launching a new Bitcoin mining beachhead cluster in Superior, Nebraska, USA, it has signed expansion agreements with hosting specialists Basic Mining (www.basicmining.com) to double its fleet of Bitmain Antminer S19k Pro 120 Terahash (TH/s) miners to twenty miners.

Once these miners are hashing to our account, the Company will make a new announcement saying so and report the combined PH/s for Nebraska's inputs into Vinanz's Luxor pool. The Company has plans to ultimately increase the Nebraska cluster to around 300 miners, just like we have done in Labrador.

Nebraska is the latest US State for Vinanz's roll-out of its expanding bitcoin mining fleet, joining recently announced moves into Indiana and Iowa and joins our growing Bitcoin miner fleet in Labrador in north-east Canada.

David Lenigas, Vinanz's Chairman, commented; "Our initial push into Nebraska has worked well and the initial launch of our maiden miners into Basic Mining's facilities gives us confidence to increase our miners with them to the next level. These existing miners are operating seamlessly at their nameplate rate of 120 TH/s each and because power prices are competitive at 6.5c per kilowatt hour, we have decided to expand our fleet in Nebraska. The Company is bullish on the future of Bitcoin, and it being recognised as an alternative cross-border alternative currency and asset class. So, further expansion in the USA and Canada of our Vinanz Bitcoin Mining Nexus is our goal."
