The Company announces that on 9 August 2021, Eagle Valley Investments Pension Scheme, a Person Closely Associated with Fergus Murphy, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), sold 105,000 ordinary shares of £2.03 each.  Separately, on 10 August 2021 Fergus Murphy, a PDMR, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of £2.04 each.
