Bovis Homes Group PLC ('the Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing
Authority for the block listing of 2,000,000 Ordinary shares of 50p each,
ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares will be allotted following the exercise of options under the rules
of the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.
