Bovis Homes Group plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 53,695
ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company to the Official List and to the
London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the Bovis Homes Group plc scrip
dividend offer in respect of the interim dividend for the year ended 31 December
2007.

They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
