Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 262,592
Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the
London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will rank parri passu with the existing shares in issue and will be
issued and allotted pursuant to the Bovis Homes Group plc Scrip Dividend Scheme.
