Annual Report and Accounts 2021, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 and Form of Proxy

Further to the Company's announcement of its full year results on 2 March 2022, we are pleased to publish our Annual Report and Accounts 2021, incorporating the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting. This can be viewed on the Company's website at https://vistrygroup.co.uk/investor-centre/annual-report .

The documents are being posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. 

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).  

Annual General Meeting 2022 ("AGM")

The Company's AGM will be held at and broadcast from 550 Oracle Parkway, Thames Valley Park, Reading, Berkshire, RG6 1PT on Wednesday, 18 May 2022 at 12.00 noon. The AGM will be held as a hybrid (physical and electronic) meeting to enable the Company's shareholders to participate in and attend the AGM. Shareholders who choose to attend the AGM in person, should pre-register their intention to attend as soon as practicable by emailing [e-mail] and by no later than 5.00pm on 17 May 2022. Please do not attend in person if you have symptoms of or have tested positive for Covid-19. To minimise the public health risks from public gatherings, shareholders are invited to participate remotely by accessing the AGM through https://web.lumiagm.com/105-693-078 .

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2021, Notice of AGM 2022 and the Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

In accordance with Listing Rule 13.8.14 R, the Rules of the Deferred Bonus Plan 2022 have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
