Board Changes
To facilitate the planned expansion of Bovis Homes Group, a
number of changes have been effected from 1 February, 2002.
Stephen Brazier has been promoted to a new position of Group
Operations Director. He will be based at the Group's
Registered Office at New Ash Green, Kent.
Geoffrey Coleman has been appointed Managing Director of the
South East Region following Michael Sharpe's retirement from
office.
The Group Board has been re-constituted as follows:-

Michael Sharpe has resigned from the PLC Board following his
retirement from office. Peter Baker has resigned from the
PLC Board but remains as Managing Director of the South West
Region and a Director of Bovis Homes Limited, the Operational
Board.
The Group is pleased to announce that additional bank
facilities have recently been concluded. Total facilities
now available to the Group are £204 million. Net borrowings
as at 31 December, 2001 stood at £57.2 million.
The results for the year ending 31 December, 2001 will be
announced on 11 March, 2002. Site visitor levels and
reservations in the last quarter of 2001 and the first month
of the new year are encouraging and above the comparable
period of the year before.

Joined Bovis Homes in April 2001 as Regional Chairman having
previously been employed by Taywood Homes as Group Managing
Director.
Geoffrey A R Coleman:
49 years of age. BA Hons; Diploma in Town Planning; Member
Royal Town Planning Institute. Joined Bovis Homes in January
1986 as Town Planner, South East Region having previously been
employed by The House Builders Federation as Land & Planning
Officer (NW Region). Was appointed Associate Director - Town
Planning, with effect from January 1989 and became Regional
Director - Land and Town Planning, January 1996.
