Notification of Interests

The Company was notified yesterday that 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company were purchased yesterday, 11 June 2015, by the Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust ("the Trust") at a price of £11.473169 per share for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan ("the Plan").

The Executive Directors and certain PDMRs of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential beneficiaries under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.  This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
