Bovis Homes Group PLC - 2016 bonus deferred share award

As set out in the Remuneration Report included in the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, the Remuneration Committee has used its discretion to pay Earl Sibley's bonus for 2016 in the form of shares, subject to a two year holding period. It has also decided to adopt this approach for other senior leaders in the business.
