BOVIS HOMES GROUP PLC ('the Company')

The Company was notified by its auditors on 10 March 2006 that the performance
conditions in relation to earnings per share and total shareholder return in
connection with the grant of awards under the Bovis Homes Group Long Term
Incentive Plan ('the Plan') on 13 March 2003 have not been met.

Accordingly the interests of the following executive directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') in shares held by the Bovis
Homes Group Employee Trust have reduced by the following numbers of shares:
