For Immediate Release - Directors' Shareholding
BOVIS HOMES GROUP PLC ('the Company')
The Company has today been notified that 230,000 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in
the Company were purchased on 11 March 2003 by the Bovis Homes Group Employee
Trust ('the Trust') at a price of £3.5657 per Share for the purpose of
satisfying awards in due course under the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive
Plan ('the Plan').
The Trust is a discretionary trust under which all employees of the Bovis Homes
Group are potential beneficiaries. Each of the Executive Directors of the
Company is, for Companies Act purposes, regarded as interested in all the Shares
held by the Trust. Despite the technical interest in all the Shares each
Executive Director will only be entitled to receive from the Trust the number of
Shares to which he is entitled on realisation of an award granted to him under
the Plan.
The Executive Directors being potential beneficiaries under the Trust are M R
Harris, S H Brazier and D J Ritchie.
