The Company has today been notified that Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust, a
discretionary trust, registered in the name of Towers Perrin Share Plan Services
(Guernsey) Limited, transferred a total of 6,058 Ordinary Shares under the terms
of the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan on 3 September 2004, following
the exercise of options by a former employee.



The Executive Directors of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential beneficiaries
under the Trust for the purposes of Section 324 of the Companies Act 1985.
