GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTOR UNDER SAVE AS YOU EARN SHARE OPTION SCHEME

The Company was yesterday informed that the following Director of Bovis Homes
Group PLC was granted options over Ordinary Shares of 50p each in the Company at
an exercise price of £6.183 each, on 11 April, as follows:

The options will become exercisable under the terms of the Save As You Earn
Share Option Scheme on 1 June 2010 for a period of six months.
