Bovis Homes Group PLC ('the Company')

The Company was today notified that M R Harris, an Executive Director,
exercised an award over 12,187 Ordinary Shares in the Company under the terms of
the Bovis Homes Group PLC Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme yesterday, 21
February 2005.  M R Harris has retained all the shares and his resultant holding
has increased to 280,908 shares.
