Notification of Interests: Companies Act 1985, Section 329

The Company was today notified that Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust ('the
Trust'), a discretionary trust, registered in the name of Towers Perrin Share
Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited, transferred 17,625 and 9,331 Ordinary Shares
under the terms of the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan on 5 and 6
April 2005 respectively, following the exercise of options by three employees.

The Executive Directors of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential beneficiaries
under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares
and the dealings thereof for the purposes of Section 324 of the Companies Act
1985.
