Directorate Change

Bovis Homes Group PLC ("the Company") today announces that Jonathan Hill, Group Finance Director, has informed the Company of his decision to resign from the Board and leave the Company, to enable him to take up a new position.  A leaving date will be determined through mutual agreement between the Board and Jonathan, taking account of his contractual notice period of twelve months.  A further announcement will be made when this date is known.

Jonathan has informed the Company that he will be joining SAGA plc as Chief Financial Officer Designate.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Jonathan for his contribution to the Board and the Group over the past four years and wish him every success in the next step of his career.

A recruitment process for a new Group Finance Director will commence immediately and an announcement will be made once this process has been concluded.
