BOVIS HOMES GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

GRANT OF OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS

The Company was informed today that the following
Directors of Bovis Homes Group PLC have been
granted options over Ordinary Shares of 50p each in
the Company at an exercise price of 295.5p per
Ordinary Share.

All options are granted under the terms of the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme and are
exercisable normally between 3 and 10 years from
the date of grant. The option certificates were
dated 16 March 2000. The exercise price was the mid-
market price on 15 March 2000.
