The Company received notification on 17 November 2003 that Aviva plc and Morley
Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) have, following sales
totalling 150,000 shares on 13 November 2003, an interest of 6,967,210 Ordinary
shares of 50p each in the Company. This represents 5.92% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
