The Company received notification on 21 March 2006 that AEGON UK plc Group of
Companies has, following a purchase of 1,110,846 Ordinary shares of 50p each in
the Company, a notifiable interest in 3,922,310 Ordinary shares.

This represents 3.28% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
