Bovis Homes Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital


For the purposes of the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and as
an update to the announcement made on 29 June 2007 please note that Bovis Homes
Group PLC's capital consists of 120,760,071 ordinary 50p shares with voting
rights.


The increase from 120,751,906 ordinary 50p shares on 29 June 2007 is due to the
issue of 8,165 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.


Bovis Homes Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. This figure may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in Bovis Homes Group PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
