Malcolm Harris, Chief Executive of Bovis Homes, will today advise:-

"Sales reservations  during September and October have been good enabling us to build up a
healthy forward order book in respect of the New Year.

"Based upon our trading experience to date and existing market conditions we are confident
of delivering a good set of results this year and are well placed for 2004."
