At the Annual General Meeting on 24 July 2007 it is proposed that the Company's
Articles of Association be amended, principally as a result of the new regime
regarding electronic communications with shareholders.  A summary of the
proposed changes is set out in the Notice of 2007 Annual General Meeting and the
revised Articles of Association are available for inspection at the Company's
