Following the announcement on 7 November 2006 of the appointments of Nicholas
Charles Edward Land and Alan Wayne Jebson as Non-Executive Directors of the
Company with effect from 1 December 2006, the following information is given in
accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
