In accordance with Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 and Disclosure Rule
3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company has been advised that Sir John
Bond, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today acquired an interest in
100,000 shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of 124.5p per share and
accordingly Sir John's total interest is now 134,423 shares.
