In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised on 24 November 2008 by UBS Trustees (Jersey) Limited that on 21 November 2008 Michel Combes, a person discharging managerial responsibility, acquired an interest in 232,827 shares of US$0.11 3/7 cents each in the Company at the price of 113.10 pence per share.
