In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised today that Mr Luc Vandevelde, a non-executive Director of the Company, acquired on 24 March 2009 an interest in 32,500 Ordinary shares of U.S.$0.11 3/7 each in the Company at the price of 120.25p per share.  Mr Vandevelde's total interest following this transaction is 50,000 Ordinary shares.
