In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform you that the Company was advised today that Mr Simon Murray, a non-executive Director of the Company, today acquired an interest in 335,000 Ordinary shares of U.S.$0.11 3/7 each in the Company at the price of 119.69p per share. Mr Murray's total interest following this transaction is 492,500 Ordinary shares.
