In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) the Company gives notice that it was advised on 4 June 2010 that, on 4 June 2010, Andy Halford, a Director of the Company, transferred to Mrs Alison Halford, a connected person of Mr Halford, 300,000 ordinary shares of US$0.11³/₇ each in the Company for nil consideration by way of gift.
