NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL

RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS 

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), the Company announces that notification was received on 18 June 2014 that, Luc Vandevelde, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 5,000  ordinary shares of US$0.20 ²⁰/₂₁  each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of £1.983 per Ordinary Share.

As a result of the above, Luc Vandevelde now has an interest in 70,100 Ordinary Shares.
