NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Vodafone Group Plc ('the Company')

 In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), I have to inform
you that the Company was advised on 18 September 2007 that, on 18 September
2007, Frank Rovekamp, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, sold
50,319 ordinary shares of US$0. 11 3/7 each in the capital of the Company at a
price of 165p each.  In addition, Mr Rovekamp exercised an unapproved share
option over 116,329 ordinary shares of US$0.11 3/7 each granted to him on 5 July
2004 at an option price of 119p per share.   These shares were subsequently sold
at a price of 165.8p each.
