that on 24 April 2002 the Company was advised by NatWest, administrators of
Personal Equity Plans and Individual Savings Accounts for the Company, that on
23 April 2002, through reinvestment of tax reclaims, Mr K J Hydon and Mr J M
Horn-Smith, directors of the Company, each acquired 3 ordinary shares of US$0.10
each in the capital of the Company at 107.2p per share.
