that the Company was advised on 30 March 2005 by The Share Centre that on 29
March 2005, Sir Julian Horn-Smith, a director of the Company, acquired 66
ordinary shares of US$0.10 each through his participation in a Dividend
Reinvestment Plan, for which each share was valued at 142.94p.
