Publication of Final Terms
Vodafone Group Plc ('Vodafone') has issued €140,000,000 5.035 per cent. Notes due 30 October 2009 (the 'Notes') pursuant to its €30,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the 'Programme').
The following document dated 14 November 2008 constitutes the final terms (the 'Final Terms') of the Notes
for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC and must be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus dated 14 July 2008 relating to the Programme (the 'Prospectus'). Full information
on Vodafone and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and
the Prospectus.
