Publication of Final Terms

Vodafone Group Plc ('Vodafone') has issued €1,250,000,000 Floating Rate Notes
due June 2014 (the 'Notes') pursuant to its €25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term
Note Programme (the 'Programme').

The following document dated 4 June 2007 constitutes the final terms (the 'Final
Terms') of the Notes for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC and
must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 19 July 2006 relating to
the Programme, as amended and supplemented by a Supplementary Prospectus dated
17 November 2006, as further amended and supplemented by a Supplementary
Prospectus dated 14 February 2007, and as further amended and supplemented by a
Supplementary Prospectus dated 30 May 2007 (together, the 'Prospectus'). Full
information on Vodafone and the offer of the Notes is only available on the
basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
