Additional Listing
The Company has applied for 69,148 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission').
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue. The intention is that the shares will be issued to
Ian Degnan, who was appointed Group Finance Director on 16 December 2006.
Upon acquiring the Ordinary Shares Ian Degnan is expected to pledge the Ordinary
Shares with the Company in return for a Share Matching Award being made under
the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. A formal disclosure of his interests
will be made when appropriate.
It is expected that Admission will become effective on 1 February 2007.
