Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 762,934 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each to be admitted to the
Official List, ranking pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.  The shares will be issued to existing Senior Management and Directors
of the Company, following the purchase of the shares by Senior Management and
Directors.
