Director PDMR Shareholding

Volex plc (the "Company") announces that on 26 July 2012, David McKinney, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 4,220 ordinary shares of the Company, par value £0.25 ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 236 pence.

This purchase represents 0.0068% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. With this purchase, Mr McKinney now holds a total of 4,220 Ordinary Shares of Volex plc, representing in aggregate 0.0068% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
