Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Volex plc, a global provider of power and data cabling solutions, today announces that on Tuesday 5 March 2019, NR Holdings Ltd purchased 249,014 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company at a price of 80 pence per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will hold 35,422,264 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 24.03% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.

Daren Morris, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence in the Company on Tuesday 5 March 2019 at a price of 81 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Morris will hold 533,063 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
